Return Policy

RETURNS TO ELIXAGE

You may return or exchange Elixage products within 30 days of purchase. Elixage does not accept returns or offer refunds on products bought from 3rd party authorised retailers. Returns for items purchased at authorised retailers need to be returned to their original place of purchase as per the retailers returns policy. All merchandise returned to Elixage must be in the original packaging with all original items (such as manuals, cables, etc.) accompanying the merchandise. If your merchandise is not returned with all original items Elixage may in its sole discretion either reject the return entirely or accept your return but reduce the amount of your refund credit by the value of the missing items. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and unopened in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email support@elixage.com and a member of our customer service team will assist you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and assessed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

EXCHANGES

Elixage will only replace defective items, and will only exchange items for the same product as per our Warranty Policy.

SALE ITEMS

Returns cannot be processed for sale items unless defective.
